I'm trying to help build up the company and show that they are a good company to invest in.

And the only way to do that is to get folks to ignore the train wreck that this company was born from and the fact that the same men are at the controls?

Part of basic DD consists of examining the history of the company and the people running it.

So, can anybody point me to a successful public company that Bruce Fischer has been in charge of? Just 1 success story?

Also, can anybody explain why a DTC chill restriction was placed on the shell that housed these assets prior to being moved?

Or, does none of that matter simply because the answers are not positive?

The assets found their way here because these folks promised a cash dividend out of the ANVH shell. Brokers forwarded money to customer accounts but ANVH never actually paid this dividend. After 30 days the brokers took the money back out of customer accounts. Many of those customers had already reinvested that money elsewhere. ANVH never told the investors that the money did not come from them. Because of this the DTC placed a chill restriction on the stock.

ANVH said that the dividend was fully funded and it would be straightened out. Well, it never was fixed, never was paid and the restriction was never lifted. They actually tried to fix it by announcing a reverse split. I guess that didn't work so they simply moved the assets to another company controlled by Avalon.

So, knowing what took place with these assets by the same men under a different name, how or why would anybody believe thay will somehow do something here to benefit shareholders?

Prior to the dividend fiasco the stock was down 99% from the start of ANVH. So the past performance would show a total wipeout and I can find no successful public companies that these men have ever run or been associated with.

But I am open for some input and some presentation of their successful public company.
