Phil- Deep fried turkey gets a little greasy,

WHAT??? At what temp and how long do you fry yours?
I've fried at least 12 over the last 4 years and not once has one been greasy.
Also the skin is the part that most seem to enjoy!

The spinach sounds like it could be pretty good, haven't tried that one yet.
