my only experience. Turkey is a very dry bird compared to a chicken. Essentially I'm saying it tastes like chicken when deep-fried, which is a good thing :)
I experienced deep-fried spinach for the first time in '97 while summer vacationing at Martha's Vineyard (I have the '97 Blackdog T-shirt to prove it :).
