clown: "...I don't think we are on the same page..."
Gee...ya think? <wink>
"...He suddenly realized that he was in trouble way over his head and quickly hired an attorney with a background in securities issues..."
Two problems with that:
1) To say the SEC has been investigating Urban the whole time without informing the public is a no-no. To allow thousands of investors to purchase stock in a company that is "secretly" being investigated for MAJOR SECURITIES FRAUD would in itself drop major cow-dung in the lap of the SEC. At the very least, the SEC would have issued a press release revealing an investigation of some sort was taking place A LONG TIME AGO.
2) You think Glenn gives a shit about a Pinksheet in need of some SEC-help? Even if that was the case, he would have simply passed the work off to one of the lawyers on the lower-end of the totem pole...he wouldn't personally sign off as LEAD COUNSEL just because Urban dug a major hole for himself and "asked" for his help. I don't care how much money Urban put in front of him, it just wouldn't have happened. NOT with a PARTNER at E&A.
