Hey guys, let's get back to some juicy rumors...
1) There is a rumor that Janice Shell has been saying that the rights to the Carolyn pipe have lapsed.
2) The Green Baron spoke to Urban and he said she is wrong. (This is no rumor, I heard GB say it myself a few minutes ago in Pal Talk.)
3) phxgold in Pal Talk, said he was told the fly over of the entire area has provided the necessary requirements to keep all the company claims current.
Shucks, another good rumor SHOT Down.
Good Luck

Well....I think we can assume that it didn't go very well. Walker's claim on the parcel on which the Carolyn Pipe is located has lapsed, and will be up for re-staking on November first:

Do those claim numbers match something we've seen before ?
I've know we've seen some claim numbers somewhere.

Why is every time I'm looking for something important, DiamondLil has already posted it on here ???
What I read there is that "our" claims are much more numerous (27 on the Carolyn property) than the four listed above. We have no way of knowing whether or not they are anywhere close to the Carolyn kimberlite where the samples were taken or if are even related at all to the Carolyn property.
Mineral leases here in Texas usually have a set period of time that you must begin exploration by or you have to pay a leasing or rental fee to keep the lease in effect. If I had leased several hundred thousand acres in order to find out where the exact location was that I wanted to explore, anything that looked worthless or nonproductive to the geologist would be let go and not renewed when it came due.
I wouldn't worry about this much unless you can figure out on the map exactly where these claims are and wether they really hold any importance.

That only makes sense. Based on the TDEM we can tell where the claims are that would not be worth our time. It makes a lot of sense to drop them so that we don't have to keep paying for them. Good Management!

UC & MELVIN SAYCAROLYN NOT LOST (GREEN BARON TOO)!!!
There has been much rumor about the Carolyn site containing other valuable minerals. Only time will tell if this was true.
However, I was a little disturbed when I heard that the Carolyn Site claim parcels had expired. But was relieved when a credible poster stated that Melvin said the claims were re-staked.

I heard a rumor on the Investors hub board that the Carolyn Pipe claims are expiring and have not been renewed. Anyone know if this is true?

Kick ~ No that is not true. The aerial survey was all that was necessary to show ongoing activity on that property so from from the date of that survey, the clock starts over in terms of proving mining activity on that site.
The source of the rumor stems from a new map that shows... I believe they are: "D V Ventures" surrounding the Carolyn Pipe property. Track down this map and you will see that the property that contains the Carolyn Pipe is still listed as our claim along with our JV partners. The darker pink areas around Carolyn are listed as the other guys.
The most likely explanation, IMO, is that we did in fact sell off these low priority claims just outside the Carolyn Pipe. The aerial survey probably proved that this surrounding property was not a high priority. There will probably be a lot of this dumping of mediocre claims as time rolls on and we focus on the hot spots. Hope this helps... Chris
