Further DD regarding the Carolyn pipe claims.

Today:

I just got off the phone with Kelly with Saskatchewan Industry and Resources in Regina Saskatchewan. She is the contact with regard to the lapsed claims list I linked to last night in my continuing research into the carolyn claims lapse.

I spoke to her by phoning 1-306-787-2538 (SIR in Regina) and asking who to talk to with regard to this list. I was given Kelly's name and extension (her direct line is 1-306-787-2538)

1. The claims listed as belonging to United Carina and Consolidated PineChannel ARE lapsed and there is no error. I asked specifically if there was any possiblity of error to which she replied, "No, no chance, these listed claims are, infact, lapsed.". BTW, the claims I am referring to are S-134364 to 67 which are the claims on which the Carolyn pipe sits.

2. The first person at their office in Regina on November 1st, 2004 to stake the claims WILL get these claims. There is NO provision or preference given for prior claim holders.

3. November 1st is not the lapse date. They have actually already lapsed and are not controlled by previous owners anymore. In actuality, owners have a 90 day grace period (which has ALREADY expired, November 1st IS NOT the end of that period) to supply proof of exploration expenditures or deposit, neither of which has been received.

Seriously folks, this isn't a rumour. We NO LONGER own these claims. Can we start talking about what this means now instead of whether or not it's true?
