I don't see how a merger with RWE makes the stock any more valuable. It appears as if RWE is also a developmental company. I see no revenue stream from them. Have they sold anything to anybody?

If not then wouldn't the merger be increasing the costs associated with development?

In other words won't this create more expenses?

More employees, more facilities to pay for etc....
