I think it was probably this company. As a side note...when Smith tried to register RCC Holdings in Florida he claimed 50 million preferred and 500 million outstanding. According to the Colorado records at the time, there was 250 million preferred and 2.5 billion outstanding for RCC Holdings. Maybe that WAS Smith's share of the company? IMO it makes no difference what the AS or OS is. The Eagle certainly can't authorize and sell more stock, can he? Maybe RS? That just seems too blatantly fraudulent...even for the Great One. I believe RCCH shareholders are going to receive very little, if any equity interest in RCC/IWS. IMO I'm thinking The Eagle has already swooped in and rolled his share into International Water Solutions...somehow
