I expect it is even simpler than that.

I believe RCCH shareholders are going to receive very little, if any equity interest in RCC/IWS. IMO I'm thinking The Eagle has already swooped in and rolled his share into International Water Solutions...somehow

I expect that if anyone were privy to actual documentation they would find that RCCH and IWS have always been completely separate entities. There is no equity available to RCCH shareholders in the first place.

Remember all the 'supposed' companies in the RCCH fold, Baida for instance. There isn't and never was a real ownership/JV connection, it was all just pink sheet BS. What reason does anyone have for imagining that this relationship is any different.

A little BS, a few PRs, but no documented purchase agreement. However there is substantial evidence that IWS is playing games on its own. They have filed incorporation papers in different states with different stock structures.what's that about? Why don't they ever mention any affiliation with RCCH?

What path can be taken by shareholders if they find that there is no connection?

Johnnyf you believe ... I believe RCCH shareholders are going to receive very little, if any equity interest in RCC/IWS.

I agree that is my opinion also. If IWS makes it I think it would be better to hold your money and wait to buy it after it is on its own. RCCH holders will get a small piece of IWS and basically get screwed considering IWS IMO is the major holding of RCCH and without it may have little value. And may even need more dilution to get more holdings. Profits here could be slim to none. That is in terms of real investment. Flipping shares that is another story. But that is a matter of TA skill and has little or nothing to do with how good the company is run.
