If you want to be believeable to your shareholders, it is imperitive that you distance yourself from usury rate financiers and from seeking advice from scamsters. May I suggest that if you have a valuable product that is needed in quantity, you let the product determine the direction of the SP and impress legit bankers and venture capitalists and set about immediately to take down the red flags. The removal of Ray Willenberg from the IDOI board would be a huge step in that direction. A high level officer from a security related firm like Brinks would bring credibility to the directorship, but a failure scamster can only hurt IDOI in the long run. Many shareholders are putting trust in your leadership. It is time to show you are worthy of that trust, IMO.
