So downsideup: do you mean to say that if the auction doesnt earn a fair amount then the judge could ditch the settlement?

How would the judge know what is a fair amount? I believe the issue here is that the judge accepted the Raindl's nos. are fact and didnt pay regard to Weignand's.

Would be curious to know, if we were to use Raindl's no.s what is the market value for the property?
