It's amazing that the plaintiffs sued, claiming to represent the trust, then cut a deal that screws unitholders to their personal benefit, then sent us a bill for this "service".

The trustee defended itself with our money, then cut a deal with the plantiffs to remove themselves from liability to ALL unitholders, then sent us a bill for this "service".

The judge said that any settlement must benefit all unitholders, then ignored Texas trust law and intervenor appeals, and approved a self-dealing settlement between the plaintiffs and defendants that screws unitholders, then approved a huge attorney fee for this "service".

So in the end, the unitholder got "serviced" royally. And the US legal system offered up "service" instead of "justice".
