Our trust was not sued by the plaintiffs. Only the trustee was sued yet the trustee used and pillaged our funds to defend himself against something our trust was not named a party to. Must be nice to be able to use others funds to defend yourself.
The plaintiffs did not represent our interests or even ask us how we feel and yet we had to pay for their lawyers. The plaintiffs didnt properly address all of the issues concerning the trust.
Even Abrams who represented a particular group of interveners got $150k for a "select" group of interveners and as far as Im concerned we all payed for that as well.
And the Judge chose not to hear anything about the questionable Raindl numbers which will if used, directly affect what we will receive at auction. She could not even require a simple measure to verify its accuracy?
Bottomline unitholders got screwed from every possible angle right to the very end.
Whatever actions I take next I will keep to myself and not rely on this so-called lawsuit gyspsy has supposedly brought that he cant even tell us about so that we might see if we would like to support, and I will never rely again on the hopes that some attorney like Abrams might step in and do the right thing and address or even question all of the issues at hand instead of a very narrow few and certainly wont rely on some phony plant like smile who claims the properties will fetch $100 million at auction to try and entice folks to agree to the settlement etc. etc. .
