osoesq: From what I do know, the Federal Circuit seldom issues a stay of a ban during their hearing of an appeal. I assume that if a stay is granted a bond would be required.
In regard to "Would IDCC face any jeopardy of having to post a bond for the purpose of making NOK whole for lost revenues during the Federal Circuit appeal, if NOK won there?", I would assume that since any appeal filed by Nokia to the Federal Circuit would be against the ITC, not IDCC, that IDCC would not be in jeopardy.
