Just a quick look at the reverse merge on google, I notice that more times than not the company that is moving into the spot has some institutional buyers in line to move the shareprice..That is something I am hoping for..

If you take things at face value, Hrct become Maple China Ed and will have much more assets and will have a better opportunity for expansion by taking the Hrct listing...I still have a hard time thinking about 1 for 80 reverse though..I have tears in my eyes..lol
