I read some of, if not all, your posts prior the ID rendered and I doubt that you expected a non-infringement recommendation on all claims.

This ID really caught us off-guard. It must have some key driver there that we don’t know.

The best comment that Loop suggested that the ALJ formulated his own claim constructions; this will be the key for a reversal in the commission review.

One good thing came out of this that the uncertainty of the patents could be invalid has been eliminated
