Just for the record, I dont think that comments on this message board have even a small impact on the shareprice. If it did, you can be guaranteed that IDCC would be trading a lot higher than 22.

You are right that I'm not particularly encouraging right now...but honestly, I dont think that is the job of a message board. I think it would be in everybody's financial best interest for this board to be more realistic and less encouraging. A loss at the ITC was ALWAYS a possibility and anybody who told you different was letting their shares color their viewpoint.

Call me crazy, but I think that everybody would have been better served if more people on this board had been talking about the fact that a loss was a real possibility prior to the ALJ's decision. Instead, compliments were thrown out to people who had the cajones to go "all in" on IDCC. That kind of group think is very dangerous to everybody's portfolio.

Just my two cents.
