There are millions that don't follow this stuff regularly. Others who just dont have spare cash to get in to the stock market. There are numerous reasons.

At the end of the day I think it's plain old common sense.

If JPM believe they did everything above board and have nothing to hide then they'll go to court and fight it all the way in front of a trial jury. Then who knows what will happen... However, if they know that they SCREWED EVERYONE then perhaps it would be wise for them to reconsider and settle before Maydoff makes some room for the culprits who were involved in their theft.

The price, again your guess is as good as mine. I love the numbers shown here and they make sense but again who knows.
