I had no trouble understanding where he was going with that post. And I am not familiar in the least with the company to which he was referring. But I will agree that after two days of repeated attempts to get him to address the issue Matt wanted him to address (without success), that Matt had no choice but to let him go.
OAT, If my ISP went down completely twice in less than six months, I'd be looking for a new ISP! Been there and done that. Zero outages in 3 years with current ISP. And it was less expensive to boot!
