Their punch is packed in their converter/inverter technlogy. Their CTO (thomas cleland) co-invented it. He is also CEO of the Hybridyne company they acquired, who has already done many renewable energy deals in canada. This means Hybridyne already has nice renvenue before being acquired. So i ask, why would an already successful company be willing to be acquired ? Its because Atlantic has the guys who can fund the expansion/manufacturing facilities to make this dream of cleland's a reality.
Apparently it is the converter technology which makes many other wind turbine comopanies and solar companies want to joint venture with them..this allows their products to increase power output immensely...
Why start on pinksheets i asked...because there is some relevant technology in the past company that was acquired, and it has 543 shareholders who wil assist in getting big boards status fast....good answer :)
