The general game plan is to have cities producing their own wind and solar power, funding for the projects is not a problem with guaranteed returns by the cities involved ~ so proposals to city councils are written up with AWSL introducing independent funding and Government Bonds guaranteeing payments

My exit strategy here is when they are NASDAQ/TSX certified
