This is nothing but junk and a scam from the beginning
What the heck is happening to the company stock profile??? Does anyone know why this keeps declining? Is the company still in operation?
About facts, does the CEO intend to continue building this company and revenue. From all the hype about the Flex-Pave product, it seems there would be a substantial need for it and a solution to the waste of used tires. Anyone with thoughts on this?
Putting pension money into any pink sheet co. is stupid. I doubt you even have a pension, anyone old enough to have a real pension wouldn't say something so stupid. If you want to try to move the price up, provides facts or good anslysis.. not a dumb ass statement.
Folded in UK operation as a subsidiary, previously was run as a separate co. So you now have revenue of two co's. With more dilution. Or delusion, depending on your opinion.
Same CEO. Kevin Bagnall.
Well whats the decline in the share value? Is the company moving forward with sales and service, or is is it tanking over. From the last financial report, profits are improving. Anyone care to comment?
I wonder how this storm will affect the business. I say, the flex-pave definitely be an aid to reduce flooding along the sidewalks and street pavement. Any thoughts on this??
What the heck is going on to the share value. From the past couple of posts the company was supposed to be improving in profits and sales. Could this be just a pump and dump scam. Open to comments if anyone wants to share a thought.
Is the company out of debt? Can that be confirmed and the shareholders have relief rather than grief?

$AWSL Atlantic Power and Infrastructure Installs Tree Surrounds in Tampa, Florida
Press Release | 01/19/2022
For over 10 years the city has been ordering and installing KBI's Flexi®-Pave to benefit the City, residents and visitors
TAMPA BAY, FL / ACCESSWIRE / January 19, 2022 / Atlantic Power, and Infrastructure Corp. (OTC PINK:AWSL) is currently installing more of its Flexi®-Pave as tree surrounds in the City of Tampa. For over 10 years the city has been ordering and installing KBI's Flexi®-Pave to benefit the city, residents and visitors.
Kevin Bagnall the Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Power, and Infrastructure Corp., founder of KB Industries and developer of its proprietary Flexi®-Pave technology stated, "Once our Flexi®-Pave is installed in any location, we witness repeat orders year after year. Some examples are Key West, Florida; Greenville South Carolina; Cambridge, MA; Tallahassee, Fl.
to name a few, and now this contract that we are currently fulfilling in Tampa, Florida. Our clients immediately see the multitude of benefits including the reduction of long-term maintenance; the promotion of tree heath; the reduction of trip hazards that often result in liability costs to the community".
City of Tampa representatives stated: "We decided to use KBI Flexi-Pave due to its flexibility after installation. In every instance we were able to eliminate tripping hazards without the need to remove old-growth hardwood trees. We have begun a campaign to repair sidewalks around our city using KBI Flexi-Pave in order to minimize the need to remove/kill trees".
Flexi®-Pave creates an aesthetically pleasing landscape from various stock earth tone colors to blend in with the landscape. Flexi®-Pave is durable, flexible, self-cleaning, and virtually maintenance free. Flexi®-Pave resolves drainage problems, eliminating standing water while providing positive groundwater recharge. This encourages the tree roots to not have to press upwards for moisture, that upward pressure resulting in ugly and dangerous buckled up sidewalks.

$AWSL Atlantic Power and Infrastructure (API) Contributes to the Reduction of Carbon Emissions, a Critical Issue Being Discussed at the UN Climate Change Conference UK 2021
Press Release | 11/03/2021
API technologies contribute to the reduction of Green House Gas Emissions through its utilizing of scrap tires in the manufacture of API's proprietary technologies, further benefiting the environment through the reduction of CO2.
TAMPA BAY, FL / ACCESSWIRE / November 3, 2021 / Atlantic Power and Infrastructure's (OTC PINK:AWSL) Scrap Tire Construction Products Division (STCP) uses K.B. Industries (KBI) Technology to help lower CO2 emissions by utilizing scrap tires in the manufacture of their sustainable construction products. Instead of incinerating scrap tires that would normally release CO2 into the earth's atmosphere, API's wholly owned subsidiary KBI produces beneficial products such as KBI Flexi®-Pave and KBI Flexi®-Twall. This use of recycled tires within KBI`s STCP contributes significantly to the waste reduction issue, for example, each square meter of KBI Flexi®-Pave uses four recycled passenger tires. By comparison one vehicle tire releases 22kg of CO2 when incinerated.
Further benefitting the environment is the porous nature of KBI Flexi®-Pave surfacing that helps to reduce surface water run-off and alleviates pressure on drainage infrastructure, directing water instead to natural aquifers. The filtration that occurs when water passes through KBI Flexi®-Pave is also proven to remove Ortho phosphates and Dissolved Nitrates, promoting cleaner water recharge. Laboratory leach testing of virgin KBI Flexi®-Pave samples also shows virtually no material leaching as a result of water flow.( Supporting documentation for the testing of KBI Flexi®-Pave is available. )
API's contributions to help protect the environment for future generations, per Prime Minister Boris Johnson's opening statement at the Climate conference; "Humanity has long since run down the clock on climate change. It's one minute to midnight on that Doomsday clock and we need to act now." Further defined by Reuters;
https://www.reuters.com/world/global-climate-talks-open-cries-betrayal-blame-2021-11-01/
NASA and the EPA further added the importance of the climate change conference with the NASA stating Carbon Dioxide levels in the air are at their highest in 650,000 years per: https://climate.nasa.gov. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) emphasized the need to reduce greenhouse gases through reducing, reusing, recycling - these statements relate to the proprietary technologies of API. Further confirming the international market available for API's ongoing expansion.
With API's CEO Kevin Bagnall, being invited to attend UK COP 26, Mr Bagnall is provided the opportunity to further expand on issues being highlighted by pointing out that:
One Square Meter of KBI Flexi®- Pave saves 88kg of CO2 from being released into the Earth's Atmosphere.
And
Twelve 25kg bags of Recycled KBI Tire Granule used in the manufacture KBI Flexi®- Pave would have generated just over 1 metric ton of CO2 had the tires been incinerated. (12 bags x 4 tires) x 22kg CO2 = 1,056kg);
And
One KBI Flexi®-Twall saves 440kg of CO2 from being released into the Earth's Atmosphere. (5 bags x 4 tires) x 22kg CO2 = 1,056kg)
With Twitter further emphasizing the importance of UK COP26;
https://twitter.com/LocalNow/status/1455212030827417612?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet
Mr. Bagnall further added; "It is with pride that in multiple locations around UK COP 26, especially the Innovations Zone, this video is being shown repeatedly, our API logo is front and center, further acknowledging our commitment to help the environment along with the other organizations shown in this video."

Atlantic Power and Infrastructure Corp…a vehicle for proven sustainable environmentally beneficial technologies. Divisions include: STCP; NGTR; ZEW2E; WPNG; ERNG.
Scrap Tire Construction Products (STCP) converts recycled tire material into proven, sustainable infrastructure products
Through API's wholly owned subsidiary K.B. Industries, the company manufactures and distributes its Flexi®-Pave flexible porous paving. K.B Industries, Inc's Flexi®-Pave, has over the past 20 years combined sustainable technology and experience. This has solved many infrastructure problems using innovative materials and design approaches, such as in many water treatment and shoreline protection projects, including ship docks.
STCP uses the natural, vulcanized strength of scrap tires, along with KBI's proprietary technology, and converts the "Recycled Tire Granules" into proven, sustainable infrastructure construction products. KBI's Flexi®-Pave, is used in storm water management and erosion control projects. Flexi®-Pave offers long and short-term permeability, flexibility, crack resistance (even freeze-thaw conditions) trip hazard resistance and slip resistance.
KBI created this massively porous but strong structural material that can be used for a variety of infrastructure applications with demonstrated success, benefitting the environment economically. Notable locations include; Yellowstone National Park; Arlington National Cemetery; Seaside Park's Band Shell, City of Bridgeport, Connecticut; Red Butte Gardens, Utah; Kew Botanical Gardens, London England.
Next generation Tire Recycling (NGTR) is responsible for the development of and implementation of Tire recycling Plants.
API's NGTR is responsible for the development of Tire Recycling Plants. Our facilities will convert used car, truck and off-the-road (OTR) tires into high quality engineered recycled tire granule that is specifically sized for KBI's scrap tire construction products. This eco-friendly commodity is used in KBI infrastructure projects in the USA and International markets.
The finished fiber and wire free granule can be sold internally to other API facilities being planned for around the globe.
Zero Emissions Waste 2 Energy (ZEW2E) Technology offers a scalable solution to mankind's increasing garbage and waste problems.
API's ZEW2E converts municipal solid waste (MSW), as well as biomass agricultural, yard, food and raw sewage into energy pellets. This is a beneficial commodity that can be used for fertilizer, animal feed, fuel or electricity, using our Zero Emission Waste to Electricity (ZEW2E) solution.
These pellets can be used as fertilizer or fuel or can be repurposed further to produce Syngas. This product can drive an electrical turbine with no measurable harmful emissions, subsequently protecting our livable environment.
Water Purification Next Generation (WPNG) is leading efforts to develop energy efficient water treatment solutions.
API's sustainable technology removes harmful algae blooms from freshwater rivers and lakes, and red (Red Tide) algae blooms from salt water. The marine vessels are lightweight in construction and easily transported, offering incredible versatility. Using solar powered, wind propelled communication technology, these machines literally see flaws in the water around them and correct those flaws by restoring natural balance and producing a valuable byproduct for resale.
Earth reclamation Next Generation (ERNG) utilizes sustainable soil stabilization technology to control serious problems from dust erosion to road stabilization
API's ERNG resolves the constant challenge of maintaining non-paved roads using soil stabilization technology that is achieved by advanced, cross-linking polymer breakthroughs. This technology reduces erosion and the need for repair. It also improves dust control significantly, which is essential for solar farms that need to be "dust free."

Laboratory leach testing of virgin KBI Flexi®-Pave samples also shows virtually no material leaching as a result of water flow.( Supporting documentation for the testing of KBI Flexi®-Pave is available. )
API's contributions to help protect the environment for future generations, per Prime Minister Boris Johnson's opening statement at the Climate conference; "Humanity has long since run down the clock on climate change. It's one minute to midnight on that Doomsday clock and we need to act now." Further defined by Reuters;
https://www.reuters.com/world/global-climate-talks-open-cries-betrayal-blame-2021-11-01/
And
Twelve 25kg bags of Recycled KBI Tire Granule used in the manufacture KBI Flexi®- Pave would have generated just over 1 metric ton of CO2 had the tires been incinerated. (12 bags x 4 tires) x 22kg CO2 = 1,056kg);
And
One KBI Flexi®-Twall saves 440kg of CO2 from being released into the Earth's Atmosphere. (5 bags x 4 tires) x 22kg CO2 = 1,056kg)
With Twitter further emphasizing the importance of UK COP26;
https://twitter.com/LocalNow/status/1455212030827417612?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet

$AWSL Atlantic’s KB Industries Meets the Demand of Architects who think Outside the Box
Press Release | 03/16/2021
KBI's Perma-Drive™ provides the "eco-friendly" solution
HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / March 16, 2021 / Atlantic Wind & Solar Inc. (OTC PINK:AWSL) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, KB Industries has completed the installation of its Perma-Drive™ at The Emery/Weiner School a co-educational, independent Jewish day school in Houston Texas. Thus, delivering on its mandate of environmentally friendly paving with architectural flare whilst remaining economically feasible.
In 2017 The Emery/Weiner School in Houston, Texas engaged the services of Dillon Kyle Architects to design additional parking spaces to deal with the growing population for its robust after school programs and growing athletic needs. Their challenge was to either utilize a structure in an existing parking lot or find a beneficial and unique way to utilize the remaining green space in front of the campus retention pond. With these challenges in mind, their goal was to provide aesthetically appealing architectural flare along with long lasting functionality and simulate the grass area while acknowledging the importance of integrating underground storage tanks with a porous parking surface.
In order to provide The Emery/Weiner School with a result that would go above and beyond the client's desire, Dillion Kyle Architects worked with the management at The Emery/Weiner School to think "outside the box'. Their extensive research revealed that porous paving made from a proprietary combination of crushed aggregate and colored to custom blend the parking space and surrounding area; would not only meet their high goal of providing architectural flare, it would also provide long lasting functionality economically. Dillon Kyle Architect is quoted as saying; "We are proud that we are able to bring our creative abilities and that of the management at The Emery/Weiner School along by selecting to use KBI's Perma-Drive™ on this and many other projects".
About KBI Perma- Drive™
This product has been specially designed to meet the rigors of vehicular traffic.
It has been engineered to resist the constant torque that tires exert when turning, but still allows 3000 gallons per square foot per hour.
The product is 100% 3/8th fractured face aggregate bound together with a proprietary flexible binder.
KBI's Perma-Drive™ is totally benign and can be used in "Urbanized Storm Water Management" by engineers giving the least path of resistance for water, especially in aquifer replenishment. It can be installed onto compacted crushed stone giving the capability of withstanding heavy axle weighted vehicles.
About Dillion Kyle Architects
Headquartered in Houston TX, Dillion Kyle Architects designs are based on a keen understanding of architectural heritage & location, combined with a forward-thinking vision for its future. Learn more at: https://www.dkarc.com

People have been asking why the GAME seems to have STOPped for $AWSL. I'm thinking that there's nothing wrong that a "Going Concern" with sound financials, strong revenues, profits and financial liquidity couldn't cure.
Perhaps the 2020 Annual Report will give us some insight.

What's causing the value decline. Any news from the CEO and the new products?
I believe non-affiliates for OTC companies are subject to a one year holding period, after which they can sell their restricted stock.
Hello all, looong time watcher here. Just wondering if anyone knows if AWSL has to unrestrict the shares that were given out several years ago by a certain timeframe, or can they really keep them forever? Thanks!
Let's review the $AWSL balance sheet at 09-30-20:
Total Shareholders' Equity: ($2.418M)
Net Working Capital: ($1.517M)
Outstanding Common Shares: 320.837M Shares
Restricted Common Shares: 280.460M Shares

Is $AWSL a Going Concern?

Wow.. only 32mil floating with sales... I am in with 70k shares
Stock bump might be related to state of CA's program of testing "a new KBI - engineered product designed as a better retaining wall for erosion control. These programs are designed to expand the demand for differentiated and higher value-added tire-derived products by providing an incentive to use at least five percent of California recycled tire rubber to partially replace virgin rubber, EPDM, plastic, or other raw material. and increase the sale of products that already contain crumb rubber. Some of the engineering tests that will be done will include horizontal pressure load limits, sound absorption characteristics, and maximum vertical wall loading. Another test (passive nutrient removal) which logs how well KBI's Flexi®-Pave porous pavement system removes groundwater contaminants has already been well documented and will not need to be retested. Once all of the testing (which the State of CA is subsidizing) has been deemed successful and has been completed, KBI will be able to offer a certified erosion control solution that further strengthens its position as a leader in civil engineering infrastructure solutions." Management said-"this innovative solution will transform erosion control and retaining wall design as we currently know it." Someone in the know? Are they going to be approved? Or/and is it a future buyout target? IDK. I'm increasing my shares.
I entered at start today , This Low Floater SET UP is Fantastic.
