I dropped this whole topic but since you want to make a remark, I'll answer.

Sorry Awk, we sold GOV exactly the way you said it can't be done and yes it was groundbreaking new tech for them. Just curious, have you ever sold to GOV or anyone else?

p.s. I counter your last statement that "it's not always as complex as many here state as acceptible excuses for so many delays".
