You want to stop sub penny scaming ceo's. Line a few up against a wall, bet that would send a clear message to others. "Don't even think about it" But system is set up for the crooks, it pays for them to steal, they make millions and get a 100,000 dollar fine. and all records are seal, they don't have to admit guilt. what a racket.
