Does any disclaimer really offer protection? If you wanted to kill someone and stated first, "I can not be held responsible for my actions." and then stabbed them, I think you'd still be prosecuted. The problem here is no regulation and even when there is, there's no enforcement. I think if SOMEONE bothered to go after these scammers, they would have a hard time trying to defend themselves with a BS disclaimer attached to their PR's. Of course, no matter how "honest" the disclaimer was, there would be SOMEONE still "taking a chance" on it, trying to read some "hidden meaning" within the words. LOL
