Leb, keep in mind that our attys had asked for a delay because they had not been able to depose several of the defendants key witnesses. As those depositions take place and we learn of their potential testimony and get to questions them extensively, we will not only be better prepared for trial, but may discover some major cracks in the defense that could lead to a better settlement.

Also remember, when we asked for a continuance a month ago, it was clear that the next available date for a jury trial was after August.

This could be a blessing, just not on the timeframe that unitholders would like. I'm holding and hope to add in the summer doldrums.
