Dont blame the judge, blame Kim and Buzbee. They should knock 20% off the fees for this bad blunder. They had the defense backed in a corner and they let them out. The trial should have taken place on April 13 or shortly after that when the other case concluded. If the defense didnt come up with the right offer by then, then tough luck for them we move to trial IMMEDIATELY!!! They allowed Gibb to sucker them into another delay. There is no way they will settle in the meantime. Watch and see what they can pull in 4 months. Expect another auction or a more clever way to shut down the trust and sell the assets. Now they know from last time that the judge wont stop them. You dont give them unlimited time to come up with a settlement. You give them one week to make the right offer and you make it crystal clear we are going to trial right away if you are really serious about trial. Where is that in Buzbees winning strategy tapes?? He blew it and Kim blew it. I should have known better, there will be no settlement. Next key thing to look for is the trust to be shut down and JPM to broker a private deal to some crony without an auction. The judge wont stop it as its already been tested.

Im not selling and I can and will wait. This delay is nothing as far as im concerned but what ticks me off is its a clear blunder by Kim and Buzbee and nobody here can paint it any different. They had then right where they wanted them, pay or go to trial right away. The judge had it all set up for them. Dont blame the judge.
