Probably a common practice in the field of education..Maybe the EDU's have established that way of doing things..Hard to say, I'm not over there...Expanding the sales network to become the "nationwide" educational entity is probably necessary also..jmho

Now for the other subject you seem to avoid like the plague..Who would lend an OTC company at 1 cent $800,000 for some shares where the company trades less than 200,000 daily?..Do you think they might know something about the validity of Hrct's long range business plan that makes them feel comfortable about coughing up that kind of dough?...
