If you look at the OTCBB dividend for CMKK you will see a "+" sign before the amount to be paid - "+.0000155"

If you go to the web-site text file lisitings for dividends noted on August 2...

...You will see that NO OTHER DIVIDENDS have a "+" or "-" sign. The "+" designates a maximum 500B OS but that it could also be less, hence a greater ("+") value for each share.

This means that WORSE CASE SCENARIO it is .0000155 but that it can ALSO BE MORE THAN THIS, hence the "+" sign. What they are saying is THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW THE OS!

...and decide for yourself. The only one I could find with a "+" was CMKX. I think if you can find another stock with an unknown OS, that has released a dividend, that you will also see a "+" sign.

Bravo! Nice detective work and deduction. Very nice find. That sure would indicate to me that it leaves the possibility for a lower o/s.
