Guys, what we have just seen regarding the OS through the otcbb site may or may not be true, however, I would like you all to really consider and digest a few points before all hell breaks loose. Please remain focused on the following:

1 - Melvin explicitly stated on IBC that the OS is NOT 400B, and i dont think i am going out on a limb when i say that from his tone of voice he was suggesting it was lower!

2 - Melvin also recently told shareholders UC was still retiring shares and WILL continue to do so UNTIL we here in an official PR that we have finished. This statement from Melvin leads me to belive that the rumor of 400B from our old TA was incorrect, because if UC is still retiring (which i beleive) then the number CANNOT move UP from 400 to ~ 483!

3 - Please remain focused on the fact that even though there is a possibility of the OS being that high some may see this as a question of UC's credability, HOWEVER release of the news of 3 (yes 3 folks) dividends coming our way put my mind at rest that the fact that UC DOES CARE AND WILL LOOK AFTER SHAREHOLDERS! It is almost unquestionable proof of his commitment toward us NO MATTER what the OS is!

4 - RG is on board and is well on his way to making us a reporting company... why do this if there was a major flaw to hide! Just doesn't make sense! So we must be in good shape internally guys!

5 - UC knows the amount of shorting present because the number of shares discovered through the Audit seems to be larger than the A/S (otherwise he would not comment on AGRESSIVE shorting of the stock). Don't forget guys if the audit is done this is clear proof that UC has of SHORTING...so don't be fooled folks he isn't making these comments without direction...RG's presence is simply testamony to that!

6 - Leading on from point 5 both Melvin and UC have mentioned that they feel that the stock is undervalued hence even if they knew the OS to be that high they STILL feel it is undervalued at its price, meaning that if there is news on the OS being that high then theoretically the price should not go down....even if it does the market always eventually corrects itself!

For me personally these points as well as other fuel my conviction in this stock more than ever before! Even putting all these point aside, guys we still have phenominal potential simply through the volumous claims we own. Sasketchwan has and 80% chance of finding diamonds in each kimberlite body ...... its unbelievable guys! Truely look at what we have....Of course, it will take time but don't be blinded by short term sights...understand the future actions of this company are the ones of REAL value, not the short term, and with our management team i have come to realise that is simply in our nature to evolve into a fully functional mining company. I would also be slighlty weary of the timing of this information regarding the MM's and their tricks.

Guys please realise where we stand today is of no consequence... it is the vision and hints that we are getting of tomorrow that will take us ahead!

Understand this, as a mining company we are simply following our normal path to a successful business...but guys no one said this path was sign posted or was short. It is simply in our nature as a mining company to follow a longer path to sucess... so please realise our time will come Eventually....i promise you!

I agree. Also read my post Did UC ever ask us to get certs? YES.

You will see that there were already another 4 companies, besides the 3 we already got, that we may get dividends from in the future.

OTCBB LINK IS COMPLETE MANURE.

The company has not released any distribution date or dividend ratio figures publicly and that link to otcbb.com IMO can NOT have those variables until the information is publicly available. Neither was even contained in the UCAD SEC filing on the agreement. And here is further proof. It bases the ratio on the AS of 500 billion. According to the UCAD agreement, Urban's 40 billion shares will NOT be receiving a dividend, thus meaning the max shares under any circumstance that it could be based on would be 460 billion. Clearly if the company HAD communicated any information, that would be reflected. But it obviously did not. I believe there is a very good reason why the OS and float information is being withheld for the time being.

Nobody but Roger and Urban know the OS and the actual float. The UCAD dividend ratio and distribution date have not been announced and any references to them should be considered FALSE until the company formally acknowledges them IMO.

As Melvin said "It isn't true until you see it in a company PR!"

This information will be a wonderful opportunity to see who the bashers are since any of them that come out of the woodwork to use this as "proof" of a share count in the complete and total absence of any company release or filing is about as transparent as they get. I guess we now add Churak to our list (but we already knew that). Any other takers?

As for Churak's question of how this became "public record", correct me if I'm wrong but "public records" are SEC filings and company PRs, not a mysterious link that ends up on a website with no basis for its information. How did it get there? Who knows. Who cares. The company has not disclosed the OS or distribution date through an SEC filing or PR and thus IMO no number can be believed until the company does so.

Tnx blue....i agree with Zen. CMKX Management wouldn't let this information be known to the public unless it eminated from an official PR...to me its as simple as that!
