I agree, the point is simple, points and counter points were made, information was presented for deliberation, claims were made by some, and not by others, but at the end of the day what should matter here is simple
if the company is in fact delinquent, then a notice would be served
action on that notice would dictate the next action upon the company
everything outside of that does nothing to serve the boards purpose of deliberating if a threat of suspension is imminent.
