You seem to be starting an entire arguement based on an empty accusation.

Whether righty or anyone else gave mis-information regarding the requirements, the only reason to press the issue is to try to embarass someone else. Let's at least go back top where this started.. and to the more important question: "Did ANVH fail to provide documents to the SEC?".

If you feel they did, at least give some proof.. or even a theory. Otherwise, this arguement is simply academic. But right now its the basis of the arguement! Lets go one step at a time... otherwise, the 'discussion' will only keep changing with no real answer.

Forgive myself or others here if you did post something a while back. These discussions get long and the reasons sometimes gets lost!

I am interested in understanding all of this.
