I suspect the overseas hedge funds are able to place sufficient pressure on the transfer agents to warrant them ineffective or corrupt so CMKX has set up their own transfer agent

Why on earth do you "suspect" that? Ever heard of that happening? I haven't. So Pacific suddenly became "ineffective" or "corrupt" in a matter of two days? What a silly idea.

and interestingly De Beers has been active with a transfer house in Nevada... do your DD and you will see what I mean...

De Beers doesn't even trade in the US. The transfer agent was acting as RA for the creation of a new corporation. I assume this is because De Beers is at the end of its litigation with the government and hopes to be able to trade again soon.
