Additionally regarding the transfer agent... I suspect the overseas hedge funds are able to place sufficient pressure on the transfer agents to warrant them ineffective or corrupt so CMKX has set up their own transfer agent and interestingly De Beers has been active with a transfer house in Nevada... do your DD and you will see what I mean...
