First let me say that I think that there is little chance that this goes back to the judge. I think Samsung is a done deal.

However, if it does go back, I dont think Samsung's behaviour will have any impact on the outcome of the case. Does anybody think that the judge wasnt done by the night before the decision was due? It is hard to imagine the judge going back and changing anything substantive based on the settlement falling through.
