I can put it to rest but let me ask you would you make those forward looking statements using the $1.50 if no way it was realistic. Next do you think the royalty rate goes up as time goes by and handset prices comes down. Wouldn't the expectations be rather foolish if you wasn't getting more than that now. Just common sense to me. If you state earlier which IDCC did that prices will come down and so will royalty rates, then how can you have the balls to insult peoples intelligence with such stupid numbers, and I don't give a rats rear what if and forward or any other protective words that can be used, it would be a bald face frigging lie to use those numbers and that chart.

Would you if you was CEO use that kind of number? You surely know what the rates are presently and do you think after Nokia signs the remaining 15% will be paying $10.00 a phone to make the number?
