I'm looking forward to getting further into the book. What is encouraging is that Black Swans aren't all deadly. Sometimes there are great changes that come along that are for the better.

It makes me think of IBM in the '60s vs where the computer industry is today.

I also remember a good investing friend asking me for my thoughts on a little company called Microsoft back in the '80s. I told him it was just so much intellectual property that could easily be cloned by anyone. At the time I was primarily a bricks and mortar investor.
