I think you are misinformed (again). BioCogniSafe has been quite busy of late.
In fact, they were granted a US patent on the underlying concept of the original
CRAM and SDS. Some who have investigated have also heard of a third generation
product.

So While EFFC and CRAM has been traveling the world educating and promoting...

Some companies do not see the need to advertise "traveling the world educating
and promoting". Just because you did not read about it does not infer it did
not occur. There are other venues (think international) that are also important
and possibly have a near term requirement.
