How can you state CRAM is the first to market when it has not been shown to be marketed and it obviously will not be the only one as another has appeared before it?i]

Talk about being selective. While EFFC was spending most of the past year and half in R&D, all biocog was doing was fighting off lawsuits from Bruno/Gib, filing for bankruptcy, and imposing one injunction after another with no merit til finally they admitted that they have no case by not even showing up to defend themselves in May. So While EFFC and CRAM has been traveling the world educating and promoting this device in some of the most influential conferences in the world, what exactly was Caroni doing other than those documented above? That is not how one typically defines the concept of "marketing".
