I mentioned that I thought Virtra could easily see a 5c/sh buyout offer and E pluribus unum disagreed, but not only do I keep to that speculation, I'm willing to state that Virtra would turn it down if so offered.

At the time Kelly Jones was at the height of his speculation and hope of tagging at least one "company changing deal" that the company was bidding on, he was speculating a stock price of $1-$2/sh+.... and this was with an outstanding share range of around 85M.

The least the shareholders would approve is a 10c/sh cash deal.
