Dear Friends and Shareholders,

I would like to update you on two important VirTra announcements.

First, I am pleased to inform you that Agora Telecom has been chosen as VirTra’s exclusive distributor in Brazil (see attached release). They are an established, focused, and well-connected company, with invaluable capabilities on both the law enforcement and military fronts. Agora has already sold two full IVR-360 HD simulator packages in their country and are poised for future sales. Their rapid results speak volumes.

Second, on December 18, 2008 I decided to personally purchase 212,835 shares of VirTra’s common stock on the open market. I feel that VirTra’s recent announcements point to a very bright future, however, the current stock price does not reflect our true value. I believe in our company with such conviction that I bought stock up to $.019.

I am very excited about the future of VirTra for 2009 and want to thank each and every one of you for your support.
