Nokia is not fighting as you say all their doing is delaying paying for as long as they can which sends out a message to all the smaller companies be ready to spend years in court like Interdigital because we are not going to give you a dime for you patents.

As you know we all felt the original plan years back was that the big boys wanted to bankrupt IDCC via the courts. They can say what they want about Harry but IMO he's been the glue that held this thing together.

Some how deals got done since he's the COB and we all weren't very happy with the outcome but those deals gave us the cushion we now have and can afford to go to court with anyone.

To add our board along the way bought back about 20 million shares.

IMO we are sitting in the cat birds seat.
