Perhaps these questions don't need to be asked nor raised and seem to have "no place in the race" [Ohh..that was bad]...but mixed in with nearly every XYZ Algal co PR you will see an element that these co's are allready in or are calling for the forming of a central industry wide organization (with powers) ...and it's all self imposed. Is it just your common every day benign association that has fun conventions every year in Vegas or is it more than that? Many of them want this new technology (if successful) to be shared and not monopolized. Profittable to a point. I.e. a controlled delivery and release.

I don't know if I see this as "imperative"...but I don't want to see another OPEC situation either and to help augment that I think there should be some pre agreed upon limits/controls/regs/etc. whatever you want to call it. Pick one. Over a trillion dollars a year is on the table when this rolls out to the market (if it does) somebody somewhere will try to control it in the form of monopoly...you can count on it.
