Hi Tim, Re: VLAP during 2000 and 2001............

It does appear they were somewhat in denial back then. Either that or they were looking at some market index other than the Dow, S&P500 or NASDAQ Composite as they state the "Market High" as being April of 1998.

We'll have to dig a bit deeper.
