Very well, I understand your position completely, and you at least gave a response that greatly outshines the curt and dismissive unprofessional response by the other mod on duty, but I would think that for some important reason someone made the decision to put a real-time counter on the pages. I don't see any other real-time counter of any statistic on any page, other than the boardmark, therefore it clearly has a significance much higher than the other items you infer. If that isn't a topical thing I'm not quite sure what is topical.

You guys are wondering how to increase the participation on ihub in a collapsing penny market, one way is to be friendly to those that participate, and not "over-lawyer" everything that you happen to see.

It is a very hard job that you do here, and this is a very technical point, but much greater posters than I have been run off by such trivial, illogical, and uneven responses to so-called TOS violations.
