They are going to take nearly all of your shares away from you. If they leave their A/S in the 9.8 billion range then you can est assured you will never have an opportunity to sell your remaining shares because the value of those shares will never amount ot the commission your broker would charge you for the sale.
No company increases A/S through a reverse split.
They reduce the A/S and O/S through a reverse split after the dilution has gotten so far out of control they can no longer manage it effectively.
