NO NO NO NO NO NO that is totaly false, increasing the AS has nothing to do with the OS or pps. It is increased so there is room to put out more shares in the OS which in return weakens the pps. Increase the OS and float and the pps goes down due to dilution. The AS was just increased and the pps went to no bid, that theory is false.
