Your statement is 100% false. They have MM's sponsoring this stock. Just look at the ask. If they weren't complying with Rule 15c2-11 you would NOT see them there. Just check out any GRAY stock for comparison! MM's are on the bid of RMDM everyday, they just cannot publish quotes under .0001
