Because there's no bid. No market. And, I called TDA and they told me it's not "routed through a MM".

And I'm not trying to scare anyone.

IMO the only thing that could possibly save bag-holders is the miracle of this POS complying with Rule 15c2-11 and getting an MM sponsor.

And that would be a miracle as that means the kind of disclosure these guys specifically intend to avoid.
