That's my point. I honestly might be mistaken. I've still never figured out exactly what the "treasury" is. I was under the impression the "treasury" was the unused part of the A/S.
So, if 1.7 billion was recovered and returned to the "treasury", then 1.7 billion shares would have been added to the A/S. In order for that to happen, they would have had to file the change with the SOS to add the 1.7 billion shares.
But, like I said, I might have misunterstood what the "treasury" is.
